My goal of running 750 miles this year is going well, I am slightly ahead of my plan, which I’m tracking on Fetcheveryone.com. I’ve run 287 miles this year so far. I try to run 3.1 miles (5k) at a time in the week with a long run at the weekend, which gets me slightly
